Our commitment for a Sustainable stay

The environment is important to us. That's why we participate in Stay for the Planet, a programme based on a Standard recognised by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), the organisation that sets and guides standards for sustainable development in travel and tourism globally.

The program

The programme is based on a sustainability rating drawn up by LifeGate's scientific committee, which, by assigning a score from 1 to 5 expressed in leaves, reflects the hotels' environmental and social performance in the following impact areas: Energy, Water, Waste, Purchasing, Behaviour and People.

What we do:

• By constantly monitoring energy and water consumption, we aim to conserve resources;
• We provide electric charging stations to promote sustainable mobility;
• We self-produce renewable energy through photovoltaic panels and purchase guarantees of origin to promote the renewable energy market.
• We have installed solar panels for hot water production
• We carry out strict waste separation, to which we also ask guests to contribute by using the waste bins located in common areas
• We encourage guests to a sustainable stay, inviting them to adopt virtuous behaviour, from paying attention to water consumption to reusing towels and bed linen, from wasting food at breakfast to switching off lights not in use in the room

A certified commitment
